About MET-Fitness

MET-Fitness was created to meet the needs of Mid-Missouri's performance-minded athletes and exercisers. Mason started this business to provide his clients with a superior training experience, one rooted in science and driven by results. This provides MET-Fitness athletes, members, and clients with an experience well beyond what traditional personal training can offer..

Our Vision for the future is to redefine the typical training experience by helping all those we serve to realize their healthiest, most fit, athletic self.
