MEET THE TEAM
MET-Fitness was created to meet the needs of Mid-Missouri's performance-minded exercisers, using the safest and healthiest approach. We provide clients with a superior training experience, one rooted in science and driven by results. This provides MET-Fitness members with an experience well beyond what traditional training can offer.
A fast-paced group training program with strength training at it's core.
Tuesday + Thursday 5:30am + 5:30pm
This class is more modifiable, offers more low impact options and is geared towards those 50 and older.
Tuesday + Thursday 11:30am
TRX + Kettlebell
We use the TRX suspension trainer and kettlebells for this 45 minute class more focused on cardiometabolic conditioning.
