Goal Formation and Plan Development
The best place to start is with a plan. We help you develop goals and create a plan to meet those goals. This is your road map to success, where we share our extensive knowledge with you.

Health and Fitness Assessment
Your training should be individualized to meet your specific needs. By assessing your health and fitness in the beginning of the program, we are able to determine where we're starting from and where we're going. This is also great information to track in order to measure progress in the future.

Fitness Testing

Fitness testing includes any combination of the following measurements:

  • Heart Rate and Blood Pressure
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Aerobic Fitness
  • Muscular Strength, Endurance and Flexibility
