Personal Training

One-on-one and small group training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and focus on a wide range of goals which can include increasing strength, sport specific training and Olympic weight lifting.

INCREASING STRENGTH

This option is perfect for those wanting to lose weight, increase muscle definition, gain strength, perform better, and simply feel better.

The best place to start is with a plan. We help you develop goals and create a plan to meet those goals. This is your road map to success, where we share our extensive knowledge with you.

By assessing your health and fitness in the beginning of the program, we are able to determine where we're starting from and where we're going. This is also great information to track in order to measure progress in the future.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

The sport of Olympic weightlifting involves the snatch and clean and jerk, two of the most powerful and explosive movements in all of sports. These movements have been used for decades to improve sports performance and improve athleticism.

Our weightlifting coaches are competitive athletes themselves and understand how to develop proficient lifters. Whether you're a coach, athlete, or simply wanting to build your most athletic body, our services will meet your needs.
