Bone Health Level 2 is a specialized 6 week program for bone strengthening and fall prevention for for more experienced exercisers.
Fit Over 40 is a 6 week program for women over 40 with the goal of muscle and bone strengthening.

VO2Max measures your cardiorespiratory fitness and provides a baseline to track improvements.
We provide personalized strength programs for you through the Train Heroic app. You complete these on your own, either in a gym or at home.
