MET-Fit
MET-Fit is a fast-paced group training program with strength training at its core. From there, we incorporate cardiometabolic exercise, muscular conditioning, core stability and strength and mobility training.
Every session is intelligently designed to ensure that participants maximize physical performance, safely and effectively.
Typical movements you can expect to see are the barbell deadlift, barbell push press and kettlebell swings.

MET-Fit Prime
MET-Fit Prime follows the structure of our MET-Fit class, but MET-Fit Prime is more modifiable, offers more low impact options and is geared to those 50 and older.
Typical movements you can expect to see are the barbell deadlift, barbell push press and kettlebell swings.

TRX + Kettlebells
TRX + Kettlebells is a fast-paced group training program focused on training the cardiovascular system. We employ TRX suspension trainers and kettlebells for the added stability and core work that they both provide in this 45 minute class.
Typical movements you can expect to see are TRX rows, TRX hamstring curls and kettlebell swings.
